Return & Refund Policy
Computer systems returned to Thermaltake will not be accepted without an issued Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by Thermaltake. The customer must first obtain an RMA number by submitting evidence of purchase date, Thermaltake invoice number, description of goods including serial and model numbers, and the reason for return, exchange, or refund. At its sole discretion, Thermaltake may accept or deny customer's claim for return, exchange, or damages.
If accepted, the computer system must be shipped with original packaging materials, manuals, and a copy of the invoice. Replacement packaging can be requested from Thermaltake customer support. All products returned must be securely packed and delivered to Thermaltake in an undamaged condition. Thermaltake may refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to follow the conditions set forth herein.
Thermaltake shall provide a full 100% refund within 30 days of delivery on the price of the computer system once the unit has been received and we have confirmed original components returned and the issues to be hardware related. Shipping and handling costs from Thermaltake to the customer are not refunded.
No refund, credit, or exchange will be allowed after 31 days from the date of delivery.
